How much is USDT in Jordanian dinars right now?
At the top of the page there are two big numbers: the buy price, what you pay in dinars for 1 USDT, and the sell price, what you receive in dinars for 1 USDT. Both are for a 1,000 USDT order, because the price per USDT changes with the order size.
Right now, on a 1,000 USDT order, you buy 1 USDT for 0.740 JD and sell it for 0.685 JD (last update 13:02 Amman time).
The table shows the full amount in dinars for each size: the “You buy USDT” column is what you pay, and the “You sell USDT” column is what you receive. For amounts in between, use the USDT and JOD calculator.
Why does the price of 1 USDT change with the amount?
Prices are set in tiers. Each amount in the table has a set price, and between two tiers the price is worked out in proportion. The buy price is then rounded up to a whole dinar and the sell price is rounded down to a whole dinar.
In the current price table, small orders cost more per USDT when you buy and pay less per USDT when you sell, and bigger orders get a better price. If you plan to buy in several steps, compare one big order with several small ones in the calculator.
What is the difference between the buy and sell price?
| Term | What it means for you | Where you see it |
|---|---|---|
| Buy price | What you pay in dinars to get USDT | “You buy USDT” column |
| Sell price | What you receive in dinars when you sell USDT | “You sell USDT” column |
| The gap | The dealer’s margin; Vexjo adds no other fees on top | Difference between the columns |

Is this the official exchange rate?
No. The Central Bank of Jordan publishes official exchange rates for currencies. What you see here is a market price: the price at which Vexjo buys and sells USDT for Jordanian dinars right now. That is why the board says “Market price, not an official exchange rate”.
Why is the USDT price close to the dollar rate in dinars?
Tether says each USDT is pegged to one US dollar. The Jordanian dinar has been pegged to the dollar since 1995 at a mid-rate of 709 fils per dollar, or 0.709 dinars, according to the Central Bank of Jordan. So the price of USDT in dinars moves around that number.
A dealer’s price is not exactly 0.709, though: the buy price is above it and the sell price below it, and the gap is wider on small orders. Compare for yourself: right now the buy price is 0.740 and the sell price 0.685 JD per 1 USDT on a 1,000 USDT order.
| USDT (Tether) | US dollar (USD) | Jordanian dinar (JD) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | A digital token on blockchains, issued by Tether | The currency of the United States | The currency of Jordan |
| Link to the dollar | Tether says it is pegged 1:1 | — | Pegged at a mid-rate of 0.709 JD per USD since 1995 |
| Who publishes its JOD price | Dealers and trading markets (market price) | Central Bank of Jordan (official rate) | — |
Does the price change between TRC20 and BEP20?
| Network | When you buy | When you sell |
|---|---|---|
| BEP20 | Nothing is added to the price | You send USDT from your wallet, and your wallet pays the network fee |
| TRC20 | The price is 2 JD higher: the network fee, already included in the JOD price | You send USDT from your wallet, and your wallet pays the network fee |
Not sure which network to use? Read TRC20 or BEP20. The main rule: always use the network the receiver asks for.
What are the smallest and largest amounts?
On the Vexjo platform an order is 5–5,000 USDT (selling from 10 USDT). There is no limit on how much you buy or sell in total: you can place as many orders as you need, and for any larger amount Vexjo’s OTC desk works by bank transfer (IBAN) or cash.
How do I buy or sell at this price?
- Sign up on Vexjo. Sign-up is by invitation: the app asks for an invite code, which you can request from the Vexjo team on WhatsApp.
- Choose “Buy” or “Sell”, then the amount and the network. You see the price in dinars before you confirm.
- To buy: pay with CliQ inside the app. Vexjo’s team confirms your payment, then USDT goes to your wallet automatically.
- To sell: send USDT to the address you are shown. Its arrival is checked on the blockchain automatically, then Vexjo sends your dinars.

Where do these prices come from, and when do they update?
We read prices from Vexjo’s public price feed and show them as they are. The page refreshes them about every minute while it is open, and shows the last update in Amman time.
If Vexjo pauses trading or the prices cannot be reached, the board says “Prices are not available right now” instead of a number, so we never show an old price. We also record the price every hour since 24 October 2026 and show a daily price history under the board.
Frequently asked questions
How much is 1 USDT in Jordanian dinars today?
It depends on the amount and on whether you buy or sell. The two big numbers at the top are the buy and sell price per 1 USDT on a 1,000 USDT order; the table shows the full amount for every size from 10 to 5,000 USDT, with the last update in Amman time.
Is this the official USDT exchange rate in Jordan?
No. This is a market price that Vexjo offers to buy and sell USDT. The Central Bank of Jordan publishes official exchange rates for currencies, and USDT is not one of the currencies it sets an official rate for.
Why is the buy price higher than the sell price?
The gap is the dealer's margin, which pays for the service. At Vexjo no other fees are added on top, so the price you see is what you pay.
Does the price change between TRC20 and BEP20?
When you buy on TRC20 the JOD price is slightly higher because the network fee is included in it; the amount is shown under the table. Nothing is added on BEP20. When you sell, the price does not depend on the network.
How often are prices updated?
The site reads prices from their source about every minute and shows the last update time next to the board. If trading is paused or the source cannot be reached, we show "Prices are not available right now" instead of an old price.
What are the smallest and largest amounts?
On the Vexjo platform, 5–5,000 USDT per order (selling from 10 USDT). You can place as many orders as you need, and any size goes through Vexjo's OTC desk.
